[Materials] 👙 Swimwear 🧥 Light outerwear 👕 A change of clothes 💊 Motion sickness medication (if needed) 🤿 Personal equipment (if you have it) [Note] 🚗 Pick-up area available: Airport, Cebu City, Mactan, Oslob / 🚙 Drop-off area available: Airport, Cebu City, Mactan, Moalboal (Please inquire separately for other areas.) • The second Wednesday of every month is Tumalog Falls Cleaning Day, so it will be replaced with Inambakan Falls viewing. • For airport departure reservations, if your flight arrival time is before 12 PM (midnight), please select the day following the arrival date as the reservation date.(Example: Korean Air arrives at 23:30 on the 15th → Reservation date: 16th) • Tour time and schedule may change depending on weather conditions or local circumstances on the day. • Arrival time after the tour may vary depending on the speed of the tour progress and traffic conditions on the day, so we recommend that you avoid making reservations for schedules that require an exact arrival time after the tour. • On-site payment can be made in dollars, but only $100 and $50 bills are accepted.Change will be given in pesos.(Damaged dollars cannot be used) • If you need to exchange currency, please tell the driver after pickup and he will guide you to an affiliated currency exchange office.(The exchange rate is better than at the airport.) • For swimwear, a long-sleeved rash guard and long pants and leggings are recommended.(There may be jellyfish in the sea of Cebu, so you can prevent jellyfish stings.) • You can store your luggage in the tour pickup vehicle, and leave valuables and cash directly with the guide or put them in your suitcase and set a password.It is difficult to compensate for losses that occur due to non-compliance with the regulations. • If photos or videos are lost due to problems with the GoPro device or SD card, it is difficult to receive separate compensation. • The tour product does not include travel insurance, and we are not responsible for theft or injuries that may occur during the tour.To ensure a safe trip, we recommend purchasing personal travel insurance in advance. • All-in-one tour Moalboal itinerary does not involve boarding a banca, but instead walks from the beach and goes snorkeling. • For safety reasons, reservations and use of the canyoneering tour are not possible for those under 1m in height, pregnant women, or those with mental or physical disabilities. • A join tour is a schedule in which several teams travel together, and if the pick-up/drop-off area such as City or Mactan is assigned with another team, the drop-off order and arrival time may be adjusted depending on the travel route. • In the case of a join tour reservation for up to 4 people, if the group is not able to join with other bookers, the tour date will be changed or the tour will proceed at the individual tour price. • During El Niño season, the amount of water in Tumalog Falls may decrease and operation may be temporarily suspended.Please note that in the event of Tumalog Falls operation being suspended, a tour of Inambakan Falls will be held instead.
