Pick-up times are as follows depending on the product you are using. ✅ When using an airport massage pack Individual pick-up will be conducted at the airport according to your arrival time. ✅ If you are departing the tour directly from the airport or hotel Bulk pickup will be conducted between 4:30 and 5:00 am. ※ For travelers taking the tour on the first day, we recommend using an airport massage pack due to the limited waiting space at the airport.

Q. Can children or the elderly also experience canyoneering?

Products that include canyoneering are only available to customers between the ages of 7 and 65. In addition, participation is only possible if there are no special health problems, and even for 7-year-olds, participation is only possible if the height is over 120cm. Please understand that for safety reasons, participation may be restricted if you do not meet the appropriate age or physical condition.
